Commitment to Responsible Pest Management:
I abide by the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use code (CRRU) and hold the Lantra Level 2 Award in Rodent Control. This ensures that you receive professional and ethical pest control services.
Being qualified to Lantra Level 2 Award in Rodent Control shows that I am a qualified Rodent Control Technician with up to date knowledge. From January 2026, this is the only recognised certification for a Rodent Control Technician in the United Kingdom.
Following the CRRU code signifies my commitment to:
- Conducting a thorough inspection: I conduct comprehensive inspections to identify the root cause of the infestation and develop a targeted treatment plan.
- Minimising environmental impact: I employ environmentally friendly and sustainable pest control techniques. I initially use traps as the first line of any pest control. Going straight to the use of poison for pest control in the first instance (which most other pest controllers do!) is not only against pest control best practice codes, but can cause other issues.
